a metalic shade with a hint of glitter. Nicole by O.P.I. brings you a collection inspired by teen sensation Justin Bieber. Each polish is themed by one of bieber songs.  I think this shade is the best silver polish I own and I own a lot of silvers. Today I will be using GIVE ME THE FIRST DANCE and THE BEAT OF MY HEART from the collection.

Today for this nail tutorial I decided to do a tutorial inspired by Lisa Frank. Look forward for more lisa frank nail tutorials. This look is very easy just pull out your purple, pink, orange, and yellow polishes and get started!


Here's the look we're going for:

start by applying O.P.I. PURPLE WITH A PURPOSE to a part of the bottom nail.
apply O.P.I. FEELIN HOT- HOT-HOT above purple
apply CHINA GLAZE SUN WORSHIPER above pink
apply  NEON YELLOW BIKINI above orange on tip of the nail
KISS BRUSH-ON NAIL ART in black drawing 3 lines on each side of
the nail.

OUT THE DOOR TOP COAT

However, on a serious note If you want to get the best things from this collection thats worth the money I would say get anything thats limited edition. Espically the eye quads, opulash mascara, blush duos, mineralize skinfinsh, and the reflects glitters.

Overall, I have nothing bad to say about the collection it's very creative and colorful collection to start of the new year and I espically love the design of the collection.
