using blueberry rain quad:

(please use tape for this look)

darkest shade around natural crease drawing a deep line with angled brush

silver shade to lids and inner lower lashlines

reapply dark shape defining more

apply dark blue shade above crease

bright blue shade to crease

*may need to reapply dark shade to crease depending on how dramatic you like this look to be

MAC vanilla as highlight

dark blue shade to outer lower lashline

add darkest shade to outer lower lashlines

black liner to waterlines
